It appears to be made out of laminated wood. It measures 12 1/2" long, 7 1/4" tall, and 4 1/4" wide. It has some dirt and the front wheel which goes through Sandy's foot is missing.  The mail is quite slow right now and beyond my control, so please keep that in mind when awaiting your purchase.
